After skiing in Colorado with my brand-new ski boots this past week, I’m fully confident in sharing this shopping hack with you. Even if you don’t ski or need any outdoor gear, there are some takeaways that you can apply to anything you buy online.
As much as I was skeptical of ski gear bought outside of Colorado, the ski boots are mostly broken in, feel and work great, and are impressive for being fitted in Texas.
The original total cost for two pairs of ski boots started at $1,350. The total price I ended up paying for both pairs of ski boots was $600.
That’s over 50% off and $750 in savings.
Not to mention the free custom boot-fitting I got, which was worth at least $80.
